You still have to have a 100 level character in your account to be able to create a berserker/maniac/powersaw main. I guess ndoors made it this way because the powersaw character is really a strongone. With its strength and def realy reaching its peak, it would definitely be a tough competitor to beat. I could even ask myself, 'can i even beat a power saw main?' So far, i am liking the updates in-game its just that i couldn't afford a tesla box for myself. Pathetic little creature i am.
